"No help from staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital

First pregnancy, bleeding at 20 weeks. I visited 6E Triage, they did a few checks, no results, sent home and was told come back if you are heavy bleeding. Few days later I went for my routine scan on the 8th floor Antental department. I was told I got low lying placenta and was referred to speak to a midwife. The midwife spoke to me for a few seconds at the door and was told again if you’re heavy bleeding to come back. I was never explained what the condition is and how to be careful.

I phoned 6E Triage today to share my concerns and get advice on my condition. Midwife was really rude and kept sighing and said come to hospital to be reviewed by the doctor when really I wanted advice.

They don’t seem to be bothered about my well being and that it’s my first pregnancy.
