"Extremely frustrating and unprofessional"

About: Market Hill 8 to 8 Centre

After receiving a telephone appointment from a doctor I am advised to call back the following day at 8am to come in for tests that would enable me to be prescribed the medication I need. I call the practice to be told no, the doctor has to book me in and he is not in untill Sunday, (its Monday) I ask why would he of told me to call at 8am then and not book me in himself? I am then advised I cannot be seen and I have to have another phone call appointment with a different doctor to start the process all over again. This is a mental health issue and each day this goes by feels like a life time and to be told conflicting information and be spoken to rudely by staff members is frankly disgusting considering the nature of the issue. I am at a loss with what to do and just need help that they do not seek to want to give :(
