Our son has recently been discharged from RACH orthoptic department and we wanted to share our incredibly positive experience in homage to the wonderful staff we have dealt with over the years.
From the initial preschool assessment at my sons nursery, each consultation and the telephone encounters we have received, the staff have shown exemplary care, kindness and professionalism.
It was a worrying time knowing our son faced challenges with his vision, but with the knowledge and expertise from the team, as well as some hard work at home, he has made a significant improvement, for which we credit the dept and our son.
With the challenging current environment, I hope the team know how valuable they are, and we really hope they can resume their normal, fantastic service soon for others. With thanks and huge appreciation.
