The administrators at this practice telephone me constantly. The seem incapable of taking notes on previous conversations. I have declined an invitation to come into the practice for a general health review, and asked them to stop calling me. They have sent me a letter to say that they will be taking me off the register. I have asked them to stop calling me on multiple occasions. This has been going on for over 3 months.
They don't give a clear reason for why they continually contact me asking the same questions again and again. It is unpleasant and a huge waste of resources.
