"Cant get through to the fracture clinic"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

Received a phone call from the fracture clinic which I unfortunately missed. Was asked to call back and given a number. Been trying to get through every day for the last week and the line is either busy or it dials until it gets cut off due to no answer. Tried the main office too!
