"They have a difficult job to do and they do it well"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was taken to Monklands Hospital because of a fall I had suffered. I was in Triage 4  and wish to send grateful thanks to the doctor and staff for their help and understanding during my visit there.  Special thanks to ambulance staff who were great with me and nursing staff especially Gina who treated me with gentleness and understanding.  Also thanks to Matthew(Mattie) for his support.

I would like my thanks to be passed on to all the staff for their experience as they have a difficult job to do and they do it well.

Dear Jove,

I am sorry to hear about your fall and I hope you are now firmly on the mend. I am pleased that you had a positive experience during your health care experience and I would love to be able to pass on your kind words you've said about the ambulance staff directly to them. Would it be possible for you to drop me an email with a little more detail about the date and time of the incident (and where we picked you up from) so that I can track down the crew and pass on your thanks. My email address is matthew.cooper3@nhs.net

Hearing feedback like yours makes me ever so proud of the work that our ambulance crews do every day to support patients. Thank you for taking the time to let us know!

Matt
