About: Barts Health NHS Trust

(as a parent/guardian),


Requested copy of some medical records last year (!) and 2 months ago (again!) and still haven't received them - this is for important and time-sensitive medical purposes. It's a joke. I would like to know who I should escalate this to. Thanks.
