I was trying to get my pill check done since march. I did my first econsult in May but nurse told me it is not enough and I need to come into practice.
I did my second econsult in June, blood pressure recorded as well as weight. Nobody phoned me at all the next day ( I have wasted one day of my holidays waiting for phone call back as I cant answer my phone at work).
I haven't heard anything so Ive requested my prescription. 4 days later nothing happened.
I phone the surgery and I was told that I still need to make an appointment. So today I have phoned the surgery to make an appointment and was told in a very rude and unhelpful way by reception that I need to do an econsult which I did at the beginning of June. I was then informed there is no records of it and I need to do another econsult.
How come at beginning of June econsult was on records and now it disappeared. I can't rely on econsult hence I phoned to surgery and I was told I need to do econsult. What is going on in this surgery. Every time I speak to anybody I get different answer.
Is staff not trained properly or they can't be bothered. so unprofessional. Rubbish service if u work all day Mon to Fri. Needs improving also attitude of staff needs to change.
I work for NHS as well and this unacceptable behaviour.
