(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Due to Covid a lot of questions were asked on the phone, but as i needed a walking frame (i was using my husbands frame) the team came to my door and were able to look at the type/size of frame i needed without having to come in the house. The frame arrived very quickly and as it is smaller than the one i was using it has made a big difference and is much easier for me. 

Very happy with the service provided to me.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. I am pleased that you now have the correct walking ai to get around, I am sure you are finding it a valuable aid to your mobility ... and you don't need to share your husbands now!

COVID 19 has brought it challenges but as a service we have been committed to delivering healthcare safely to those that need it. We recognise that individuals still have health needs, even in lockdown. Thank you for your feedback about our flexible approach and I wish you will for your future health. I hope the frame enables you to stay confidently on your feet. Please do give us a call back if there is anything more we can do to support your independence.
