This is to thank the team of Green AMU for caring for me so kindly a few days ago. They were kind, made me as comfortable as they could, and were happy to help me in every way they could.  I cannot remember everyone's names but especial thanks to Nurse Liz who did everything she could to make me happy and comfortable , Nurse Fran and the two nurses working with her that day.

I would also like to thank the doctors who cared for me for their thoroughness and kind and friendly attitude, and the porters and the cleaner as they were cheerful and kind.

However I would just like to say that one of the night nurses was not as kind and gentle as they could have been and if they could copy the example of the day nurses, the night would have been a lot easier, happier and comfier.

Thank you all for making my experience as good as it was.

Ps.  Also a big thank you to the pharmacist for taking the time and effort to understand my complicated medical history and cocktail of medicines!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us your experience of AMU green and the kind and compassionate care you received there. It was a shame to hear about the negative night time episode and I will be sure to highlight this with the sisters.

It is always good to hear when a team work so well together, from the lowest paid to the highest, as it just goes to show that each person’s role is so important and that each appreciates the other’s ability.

I hope you and your medical cocktail are now working hand in hand and you are feeling better and we wish you well for the future.

Your comments will be passed on to the Matron and Sisters to share with the rest of their team.
