"The level of care was absolutely brilliant.."

About: West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Admitted to Worcester Royal on last week by way of ambulance to A&E, PPCI and eventually Laurel 1 Cardiology ward.

The level of care was absolutely brilliant, from the ambulance team to the consultants and ward nurses. Every one was cheerful, attentive and extremely professional. I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. My total gratitude to all concerned
