MY PARTNER called and asked for a callback the doctor on the phone was really rude he needs some more training on how to speak with vulnerable people speaking about medication and all he could say is "I can up the dose and there's nothing else I can do" a doctor was supposed to be talking to her before being prescribed the medication again in the first place as the conversation went on he also replies "the medication won't be working anyway because it's a small dose for your size" basically saying she's overweight why not just say what he really wants to say? my partner came of the phone crying because the surgery staff are rude and don't wanna help he didn't know what to do or say he shouldn't be working there
