I had an excellent phone conversation with a gp today at Roath House Surgery. My experience of this gp practice is they will go the extra mile. Gps also seem in general to embrace expert patients in a way that mental health services do not. I feel able to manage my mental health crisis the way I want too at home thanks to the support from this practice that I have had for over twenty years now. The contrast with mental health services is huge.
