"My friend was turned away"

My friend, with the support of her friendship group, rang the hull clinic looking for advice and support as she is pregnant. However she doesn’t know how far along she is and seriously needs support.

After ringing your clinic the total opposite was offered. A simple no as she’s ‘too far along’ baring in mind she has no idea how long and only requested a scan. She’s 19 and clearly needs support as this is a massive decision in her life. She was simply turned away and told to ring somewhere else.

I can understand if you do not offer a service but they gave her no support or any other organisation she could get it contact with. Baring in mind this situation is already stressful enough as it is. I sincerely do not believe she was offered the services or support that is claimed to be offered by your practice, and I would like to know why.
