"Care on Stroke Ward"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Acute Stroke Unit

(as the patient),

I have nothing but praise for the care I recently received in Ward 33/ Stroke ward.

All the staff were extremely professional, from the very top down. From Consultant Dr Nair and her team of Doctors, to the hands-on Sister Fay and all her nurses. Not forgetting Beth the very efficient, helpful secretary.

The whole atmosphere on the ward was of a happy caring dedicated and knowledgeable team. They were all extremely kind and showed endless patience to all in their care.

At such a scary time I was exceptionally grateful for the, sympathetic care I received.

Thank you one and all.

I am delighted to hear that all members of the team contributed to your care and treatment and that you found them to be professional and caring. This is absolutely what we would expect from our Stroke Team and indeed any team, but it is great for the team to receive such positive feedback. I will ensure this feedback is shared with the whole team and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.
