"Unable to get help"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus

I have had a CPAP machine for many years - I have been trying to contact the dept to get a new mask as mine is leaking due to age. I used to go to the treatment centre and have the number for this which has changed. Tried calling the new number but could get no help. Tried calling the main switchboard but no-one seemed to understand what I was asking for and could not help me. I need a new mask and I know in the past this has been sent out to me but now I can't get any help. I know my machine will due to be serviced but again no one seems to know where I can get this done so once again no help at all.
