-Seen to promptly on arrival
-Provided with facemask, temp taken and asked to wash hands. Reassuring to know all precautions being taken with Regard to Covid-19
-Provided with Sealed water bottle again happy to have this instead of water jug and cup at the moment
-All nurses as usual very attentive and pleasant
-On a whole very positive experience with no issues

It is reassuring to hear that you felt comfortable receiving your treatment in the Day Clinical Centre, South Tyrone Hospital. We do endeavour to ensure patient safety at all times, by taking all COVID19 precautions. Our relocation from Craigavon Hospital In March was to provide a safer environment through these challenging times.
It is also lovely to hear you describe our nurses as ‘pleasant’ and ‘attentive‘, and to hear your appointment was on time, We will ensure the staff in Day Clinical Centre are made aware of your positive feedback.
