(as the patient),

I was referred to FVH A&E via my doctor with a serious suspected condition, this was a shock and scary. On arrival the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Considering you had to attend on your own to A&E due to covid the nurses were outstanding and very attentive. At one point I felt unsettled due to the circumstances, Donna and Jennifer and Sara looked after me and made me feel at ease. I appreciate the treatment and caring support whilst in their care. Thank you.
