"Pentwyn community mental health team and crisis team"

About: Pentwyn Health Centre

(as a service user),

After a long saga some of which is recorded here I was told at some point if I was unwell I would have to have the crisis team.

I have been in close contact with my truly outstanding gp practice roath house . I told a gp there I was happy to have the crisis team as I wasn’t feeling scared of nurses as often I am.  They said the thing is, Pentwyn haven’t replied to our messages.  When I sorted out weekend lorapam with the same gp last night, Friday they said maybe there would be an email to my gp. We have already arranged telephone advice with him for me on Monday morning.  Meanwhile I have extremely manic and secondary services have totally failed me again. I’m actually now quite enjoying my Saturday night but that’s not really the point,

Where are my mental health team and services when I need them?

Thank you. I will certainly do that when I have recovered. Since I wrote this story I have gone through another weekend with no input from mental health services. It has taken everything out of me trying to cope alone and I now need to prioritise my mental health before I think about anything else.
