Having been my doctors now for 20+ , I think the practice, its facilities and doctors are fantastic , my only angst is dealing with/talking to the receptionists. They are so authoritive and you feel almost told off to make an appointment, it makes you feel really bad if you ever get through to them. At this time why NO internet appointment (Why?) you have no choice but to go through reception. Please install a reception charter (answer calls in 5 rings?) and train people to answer calls professionally and with some empathy to what is already a stressful time for the customer!
I'm really sorry to post at this time with all what's going on , and I understand it is a difficult job to do but this needs to improve.
Same comments really as post back in June 2018 :-(
Waiting times have improved so that's a bonus.
