"Orthoptist, kids appointment"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Usually he has a bit of a wait for his appointment. 

Today the service was so slick. He was greeted by an assistant, ushered into a room, given a thorough assessment and then we were given advice in a really efficient way. We were in and out in no time and really pleased with the service. 

The whole thing was seamlessly smooth and the staff were really great  Thank you.
