"Amazing Staff"

I went in for my procedure today extremely nervous and not knowing what I expect. I was greeted by a lovely lady who got me some water and reassured me and talked me through what was going to happen. I have been very sick and they quickly administered anti sickness and calmed me down. My surgeon came to see me before I went in for my procedure and introduced herself which was lovely. I had 3 wonderful ladies performing my surgery and they all made me feel so comfortable and kept me calm by talking to me throughout, I don’t think I would have got through it otherwise. Recovery was wonderful. I was taken to a quiet area and there was a few nurses in there who got me a drink and sat and chatted with me which made me feel very safe and happy in their care. BPAS Bournemouth provided me with an absolutely fantastic service. I felt well looked after and relaxed in their care. God forbid anything happened like this in the future - I would go straight back to them and recommend them to anyone. Thank you too all of the staff over at the Bournemouth clinic. You truly do such a fantastic job and you have my biggest thanks❤️hopefully I can bring you in a big box of biscuits to say thanks properly once all of this Covid stuff is over!
