"Castle Practice-A Great Practice "

Over my 68 years of life I have seen many GP Practices, all over the UK. The Castle Practice is by far the best! The first thing to say is that when you need a doctor the reception staff will try to get an appointment for you, they may ask a few questions but this is only so they can place you with the right doctor and not just anyone! When you see a doctor they will give you time and supply you with the correct advice/treatment, or directed you through the necessary steps to complete the treatment. The support staff are always ready to listen and help people and do so in a caring manner! It's very easy to make a complaint, and sometimes the answer is not the one a patient wants, but at the Castle Practice they will leave no stone unturned to try to solve an issue. They show compassion and really care about their patients! During this unique time of Covid 19, Corona Virus, the Castle Practice has given over the surgery as a Covid Unit and all of the staff included the medical team have been running from three different sites. The doctors have used all the technologies at their disposal from their own homes. From telephone, text, email and video, not what we are used to but in these desperate times we have all had to adapt. Castle Practice have made the necessary changes to make sure their patients have the correct and proper care. I my case they have ensured that when we have asked for repeat prescriptions they have made certain that our local Paydens Chemist have been able supply our medical needs.To the whole team at the Castle Practice - Thank You all!
