Telephone call booked via Patient Access; I was able to speak to my allocated GP for advice on raised blood pressure readings.

As always, she put me at ease with her lovely manner on the ‘phone asking me to take readings twice a day for seven days through a link sent to my email. I am already on BP medication, hence the doctor will contact me if necessary. Could not ask for better. Thank you so much.
