"Outstanding service "

Following a car accident I was admitted to the royal London hospital where I underwent major trauma surgery. My time was spent in both Intensive care and in recovery at the trauma ward 12D for the month of June. The level of care and service I received during my stay was outstanding, I was never once made to feel uncomfortable or that any of my requests were too much. The helpfulness and friendliness of the nurses and everyone working especially at trauma ward 12D is of the highest standard and I can not recommend this hospital enough. I required an emergency procedure one Sunday and without delay I was seen the same evening by an off duty doctor who also managed to put me at ease with the situation.
