"Amazing 111 service and amazing service at the…"

I just wanted to leave this review as a massive thank you to the 111 service as their professionalism towards my son's situation, they were amazing!

Phoned 111 because my 14 months old son had a skin reaction after eating eggs. They went through all the symptoms over the phone and advised me to go to the pharmacist to get a medicine against allergy. They called back an hour after to check on his progress and while on the phone with them, he got a bit worst therefore they advice me to take him to the A&E within the hour. At the hospital, we viewed very quickly the doctors and all of them were very appreciative of the decision of the 111 service as they advised all the right things to do. As a mother, I owned them a lot so it is my turn to say "thank you".

I know we are not supposed to give name or even the hospital town but today NHS has give my son and my family lots of care. Thank you all of you for your work, professionalism and rapidity!
