"Amazing patient support"

I have been a patient at Bannockburn surgery for 5 years now and there are three areas where the practice has excelled in patient care.

- They diagnosed me with asthma and have supported me with managing my care consistently over the last 2 years including always providing a flu jab in advance of flu season.

- They treated my mental health issues in a kind and considerate manner and have given me the best mental health support I’ve received.

- They were able to provide a referral for sexual health issues in a timely fashion.

The My GP app is amazing for booking appointments easily when I don’t have time to ring the surgery.

But where the staff have really excelled is during the Covid crisis - as someone CEV I have been shielding since March and because of the excellent surgery staff I have been able to access a shielding letter for my workplace, shielding support and have not had a single break in my medication supply (incl. contraceptives) for the last three months. They are amazing at their job and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a surgery - they are the best surgery I’ve ever been registered with and I can’t think of a single complaint in 5 years of being a patient. Well done Bannockburn PMS!
