I have dealt with the NHS Grampian Feedback Service a few times now and feel its a very unrated service. The girls there are so helpful and really got the extra mile to help patients like my husband and I who feel are struggling getting information and clarity. I've dealt with Kim a few times and Lisa. Those girls are stars! ! I really wanted to give them credit as its not often people go above and beyond the way they do! Well done girls! You are a credit to the NHS.

Hello Mgbruce, thank you so much for taking the time to deliver your kind words for the NHSG Feedback Service, and in particular Kim and Lisa.

I'm glad you and your husband have received such a positive experience and hope that this made any unnecessary difficulties in obtaining information or getting the relevant information you needed that much easier.

I'm sure that dealing with complaints most of the day is a difficult job for them to do, so I will be sure to pass this positive feedback to the team and let them know that the work that they are doing, and in particular when they are able to go the extra mile to help someone, is hugely appreciated.
