Hi I work in a residential home for disabled adults, I attended you minor injuries unit with my client who was later diagnosed with a broken leg, when you informed us she required a supportive boot rather than plaster, you tried 1 size before attempting to dismiss us, only when the staff member insisted she required a boot did you manage to find a larger size. Then around a week later I returned to swap the boot as it had become contaminated, when I explained this to your receptionist they assured me the new boot would be waiting for me at the door, when I arrived at the agreed time, it was not ready, and your staff made several attempts to bring me inside, I explained several time there was no need for me to come in, eventually someone came out and spoke to me around 2 inches away from my face, when I stepped back to try and ensure 2 meter she followed me around the car park, around 1 hour later, I was given the boot in the wrong size and had to inform you of this so it can be swapped, then when I phoned 6 weeks later to enquire around a follow up you were very unhelpful then as well, I understand you are under stress with C19 however we all are and still managing to execute our roles effectively
