(as a service user),

I received kindness and care. Explained what was about to happen. The Nurse Mr Fleming (not sure of name). I was worried if I was given the right answers. About my pain. I was put at ease and given time to answer it. Was explained all help I needed was there for me Thank you for such wonderful attention

I would like to thank you for sharing your experiences with us. The primary values of nursing is to ensure all our patients are treated with kindness and care and I am delighted you experienced this during your visit to the Hub.
