Our daughter visited A&E today for an ongoing issue. Our GP is not doing face to face. Telephone consultation very difficult. She was prescribed medication. No improvement and she was becoming very anxious.

From the moment we arrived there was a nice calm atmosphere staff were all smiling and cheerful (behind their masks). She was booked in efficiently and then quickly was seen by a GP who listened. I had to wait outside the hospital obviously. She came towards me with a huge smile. She had been examined and listened to by a fab doctor who immediately reassured her and was not impressed that after 3 months and numerous phone calls she had not been seen by our surgery. She went out of her way to reassure her. We had delayed visiting A&E because we didn’t want to take up your time but I was becoming worried about her well being.

Thank you to the whole team who provided such good service today 😃🤗👍🏻
