"Being discharged without support again"

About: Community mental health teams / Putney & Roehampton CMHT St Georges at Queen Mary's Hospital (London)

(as the patient),

I've been under the CMHT Putney and roehampton but they have continued to lack in support and help. No one really listens to me or even wants to help me properly. I'm now being discharged without support again and I'm so disappointed with the lack of help and understanding. One of the things that really upsets me was being told how I sound better on the phone, how that's been worked out when I've cried every time in the phone sessions is beyond me. I don't even believe that if I completely break down that I will ever have help from them.
