The booking system is very poor. There is very little flexibility, you have to book non urgent appointment exactly one week in advance and even then you are not able to be booked in and have to call back on another day. I initially chose the surgery due to their extended opening hours on a Thursday and on Saturdays but it has become more or less important to make routine appointments with a GP.

It is very difficult to get through on the phone line. Often the phone is just engaged, you are not even put on hold.

Despite having online access you are not able to book routine GP appointments.

I have experienced rude behaviour by the receptionist.

I have never seen the same GP twice.

I would not recommend this surgery to any patients.

Dear Patient,

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations when you wrote this comment. I can assure you that Glenlyn does try to learn from the comments and suggestions made by the community we serve.

Working as one team, we have made a great effort to improve the offering to the people who use our service, and those that care for them, and I hope that today, should you need our support and care, you would not find us wanting.
