"Is there anybody there?"

I contacted let's Talk to get some counselling. They were very unhelpful and downright rude. The person I spoke to just wasn't interested. She told me that no-one is doing any counselling right now because of the what she called "killer disease." When I asked if any fone or video call counselling was available he claimed it wasn't. She then told me "you're just have to accept that and get on with your life."

Let's Talk are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. If what I was told is true then they appear to be going out of business. If that's the case then they should do the decent thing and quit and let someone who can provide counselling to the people of Hull do so. Let's Talk is useless. They're so bad that they make the NHS look good!
