"Spot on time"

Was taken in at Eglinton Medical Practice with pains in the chest and a high blood pressure. Doctor arranged for me to attend Altnagelvin in a couple of hours time.

The Ward was totally empty of people. I decided to wait until my appointed time came. Andrew arrived confirmed who I was and gave his name and then took me to his office. Asked and confirmed answers. Explained what he was going to do and put me at my ease. Wired me up and took blood and told me when he would contact me by phone. Spot on the time he did and came down the corridor to ensure I didn't miss the room, explained the results which made sense to me and said he would refer the results on and would contact me by phone at a specific time that evening if anything was needed. Spot on that time Andrew phoned to tell me there was no further tests to be done. I was promptly and effectively treated by Andrew,Thanks.
