From making the 999 call at 2.30am, the gentleman made me feel at ease and reassured that help was on the way for my daughter who was in her 2nd gran mal seizure.
The ambulance crew arrived Craig and Peter, again very calm and professional. Got my daughter very quickly transferred to DGRI. We where met at the doors when the ambulance crew arrived, i must admit i was very nervous being there due to covid 19.
All the nurses in A&E were very efficient, professional, caring and nothing was too much trouble to explain. Transferred about 6am to the medical assessment ward, were my daughter was cared for by Luke and Dr Tristan. Again the care and compassion they showed not only to me but my daughter who was clearly unwell.
We got transferred again to CCU and the manner in which the doctors spoke and how lovely the nurses were, whilst still doing a very important job. Especially Dr Dave and both Karens and many other names i forget due to lack of sleep.
We got transferred after several days to B2 and again the staff i could not fault.
