What I liked
Nothing.
What could be improved
The staff needs to be trained in professional code of conduct and behaviour management. Nobody seems to know what to do, no one can answer any medical queries. A nurse on 4th October around 2pm, in the A&E department seemed to think that it was ok to raise their voice at patients and fellow colleagues in front of the whole A&E department and that slamming doors at patients' faces with a loud bang was an acceptable and professional way of conduct. Shockingly appalling behaviour.
"Shockingly atrocious and unprofessional."
