"Palliative care"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Community Nursing Service

(as a relative),

We have been lucky enough to care for our mum at home during her last few weeks, however this would not have been possible without the support from Paul at Macmillan and Audrey and her colleagues from Airdrie district nursing team. The support, advice and comfort you have given our family has meant so much, we would have been unable to look after our mum Isabel without you, so thank you.

Dear mayms89,

I am really pleased that you were able to care for your mum at home during her last weeks with the help and support from Paul at MacMillan and Audrey and her colleagues from Airdrie District Nursing Team.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your comments on care opinion. The staff have been informed and are thankful that we were able to support you during this sad time.
