"Real patient Care"

I was admitted and discharged on the same day in June for a small surgical operation. Given the increased panic due to COVID-19 I felt all the staff were extremely polite, professional, courteous and patient at all times. I was in and out in just under 4 hours. Each of the 5 or 6 staff that dealt with me were so kind and thoughtful. I felt so looked after, nothing was too much trouble. They really did seem to have my safety and welfare at the heart of everything they did. I simply cannot praise them highly enough and it made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it should, have been . Thankyou all so, so much and keep up the good work!
