"Medical notes"

About: Glenfield Hospital / Cardiology Ninewells Hospital / General Medicine

(as a service user),

Was admitted to hospital in July 2017 after taking an overdose. After a week and a half got sent to Leicester Glenfield hospital for ECMO then after about a month got sent back to ninewells to recover. I think that there are some gaps in my medical notes that are missing from my time in hospital, and don't know who can help with this.
