On Sunday afternoon at the end of May I was discharge from Crosshouse Hospital (AYRSHIRE and Arran). I was diagnosed with Pancreatitis with no further symptoms or information I left the hospital. A week later I had to go to ADOC at Ayrshire Centre Hospital at 21:00hr with tummy pains The doctor on call saw me put my mind at rest. I don't know his name but please pass on my thanks to him. I don't know his name. He was so kind and caring and reassuring.
