"Bladder cancer"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

Now got a new date for my procedure, pity its 6 weeks away and more agony to come until its hopefully sorted. Sad to say the recurrence I have is in the same place that was suspicious looking for the last 2 years, but no medication can stop the urges to go to the toilet ,its nearly 19 times in 24 hours. Night time is worst of all, but glad my local hospital has been defeating this virus and starting procedures once again/but sadly its taken so long to investigate the recurrence

Dear Dani136

I am extremely sorry to hear that you are having to wait so long and realise you are in considerable discomfort. If you would like to give me a call tomorrow (Friday) on 01292 617318 I will see if there is anything at all that I can do to help.

We are just in the process of re-starting services and realise many patients have waited longer than we would like but this has been to minimise the risk of catching Covid -19.

I hope you will give me a call so I can try to help.
