I phoned Breathing Space around 8. 24pm and spoke with Charlie because I was in real distress. I can't fault the level of support he gave me - he was calm, patient, signposted me to services and even made me laugh. I felt so much better and calmer after speaking with him and he is a total asset to the team. I'm so glad I phoned.
