(as the patient),

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff in A & E of Wishaw General Hospital who offered excellent care when I had to visit it on Friday evening. From being greeted at the door, through checking in and then seeing a nurse and doctor, every member of staff was calm, reassuring, helpful and professional. I was seen quickly, diagnosed and given the correct treatment.
