Went to the Urgent Care Unit recently and the organisation there was very good, proper social distancing. Was the referred to MedOcc and everything seemed okay but then had to return for follow up checks the next day in the morning.
It was chaotic, people were moving in and out, no social distancing whatsoever, no face masks and that extends to staff.
At one point about 4 nurses were stood either side of a narrow corridor and as I walked past one of the nurses continued talking loudly to the others- didn't care that aerosols could be hitting me in the face as they were talking. This same nurse wasn't wearing a mask and at one point I saw them talking to an outpatient right in face face- showing no care at all. Am I missing something here?
It is scary what is going on there.
