(as a parent/guardian),

After having increasing back pain over period of 4 weeks, my daughter and I attended children's ED at QMC one morning in June.

The Nursing and Medical staff were attentive and professional. They were very thorough in their examinations and were able to administer appropriate pain relief without delay. This was very reassuring particularly for my daughter as she was anxious. 

We were seen initially within 10 minutes of arrival and discharged home within 2 hours. 

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff that looked after us.
