About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Neurology

(as a parent/guardian),

I feel that as a family how can the hospital say we can't contact him only well 1 person but in this case 2. I am His dad an I can't even video call him, as you say we don't have consent. How can this be? I can bet there are loads in this situation
