"I feel this practice lets down the community"

I have been going to the Ford Medical Practice since I was a child. Having had a break for  a number of years I decided to return in 2019. I have to say and give an honest review, I believe the quality of care and compassion has gone. My mother died of cancer and we could not get  a GP visit despite being palliative  care, we had a number of misdiagnosis along the way from the GPs and no respect from the reception staff. I have worked in primary care myself for a number of years in GP practices and am fully aware how systems and procedures work. The reception staff all bar one was rude to us, unhelpful and obstructive.

I feel this practice lets down the community and the patients  it services and it’s such a shame, as this was once a great place. I subsequently have left as I feel I can get better care, respect elsewhere.
