"Wheelchair clinic - MARS - Aberdeen"

About: Wheelchair clinic Aberdeen

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank the lady who came out to fix my son’s wheelchair today. It only took a few days from calling to coming to the house and fixing multiple issues. They must be under quite a lot of pressure at the moment, but the turn around time was good. We now have a working wheelchair to do our miles of walking in the countryside to alleviate lockdown boredom. Thank you.

Hi Aberdeenshire Mum,

Thank you for such lovely feedback on our Wheelchair service - I have shared with the team and they are delighted to hear the positive feedback and we are all hoping the weather keeps up for you to continue to safely enjoy the countryside.

The Wheelchair Service repair team have been finding new ways of working safely with wheelchair users because of Covid-19 and we have been very impressed by how well they have done so. The staff member who carried out this repair is a fairly new recruit to the team and she is very enthusiastic and still learning; it is always very helpful and pleasing to get such positive feedback; especially during these challenging times.

Thank you again for your feedback, all the best.
