"Very Efficient"

I had a recent infection for which I needed antibiotics. I made a request on the on-line portal and within 15 minutes I received a call from a nurse practitioner. I outlined my symptoms to him and a prescription was immediately sent to the pharmacy for collection within 30 minutes. There was no need to see a GP on this occasion and I have to say that the service I received was fantastic. This new service is so good, thank you for your help.
